Episode 04: Indigo Bunting in the Marsh Meadow

Recorded on July 24, 2024 at the Batesville Mounds on the Tallahatchie River, this is the sound of an indigo bunting's musical warble and a summer chorus of cicadas, katydids and crickets in the marshy meadow. My presence startled a deer and the listener will hear the whoosh of her snort plus the distant hum of vehicles on the bridge and light airplane noise.
